Due to the nature of our product, we do not accept returns of opened bottles of chili oil.
Refunds
At Thom, we strive to ensure that your order arrives in perfect condition. In the unfortunate event that your jar of homemade chili oil arrives damaged, please follow our refund policy guidelines below:

Notification: Please notify us immediately or within 15 days of receiving your order if your jar of chili oil is damaged during transit.

Photographic Evidence: We may request photographic evidence of the damaged jar

Refund Eligibility: A refund or replacement will be offered for jars that are damaged upon arrival. We do not require you to return the damaged item.

Refund Process: Once your claim is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment or offer a replacement jar, whichever you prefer.
